When you choose to Sublet through us we make life simple. We organise bookings, provide a range of marketing support including TV advertising and regional press and for 2012 will give you details of your exact earnings when you sublet on key holiday dates.
Please remember, you can let as many or as few dates as you choose – this is your service!

How do I find out if my Holiday Home is suitable for Sublet?
When it comes to holidays we set an exceptionally high standard and stipulate that Holiday Homes should be aged 2006 or younger and in excellent condition in order to sublet.
What if my Holiday Home is older than 2006?
We appreciate that many of you with slightly older Holiday Homes take good care of your property and would still like to receive the benefits of subletting. So, with this in mind we would like you to talk to us. We’ll give you honest advice on whether or not you can sublet and what you may have to do bring your Holiday Home ‘Up To Standard’. Simply, contact your Premier Sublet Co-ordinator on Park who will be happy to help.
What if accidents happen?
With our new Repair Cover Plan there is no need to worry about little incidents or damages happening, you’ll be fully covered and won’t have to pay a penny if problems do occur.
